A little warmer than it has been, about 25* and overcast.

Goal today was to run better than last year which was 38:12.

I love a Red Bull BEFORE a race. They don't seem to bother me at all. I don't think I could handle one DURNING a race, though.. I also like Monster, but they are twice the size...!

My goals are race oriented as well. PR's from 5K to Marathon as rickshaw stated, only these are pretty much short and long term.
