What did ya do today?
Abs / 3 X Total body circuit weightlifting / 5 mile run.

I'm cross training until this weekend due to my IT getting a little wonky last weekend at my 50 miler, but I did 5+ miles on the elliptical and deltoid/trap free weight training.
I'm DYING to get back on the trails!

I did an easy 4 mile run at a blazing 9:12 pace. I need to cram in a few runs before the half-marathon on Feb 4, so I don't come completely unglued.
