I took the day off today, after doing 12 on Sunday and a 4.7 mile race on Saturday. I've been keeping about 30 mpw for the past months.

Yesterday was 6 mi. of trails, lots of mud. Today I worked 11 hours so no running. Tomorrow is 6-10 mi. in Sleeping Giant Park,( www.sgpa.org ) again all trails.

SGP is awesome, 30 something miles of trails, lots of variety and if you stay off the tower trail almost no people.

Amazing pics! God, living in Southern California leaves me hungry for non-dusty, lush trails.
Speaking of which, I ran about 6.5 miles on hilly trails today. I, like Rickshaw, have been keeping it at about 31/week of running and also 22 mile bike ride to cross train.

Those are gorgeous photos! That park looks like a great place to run. Being from the East Coast originally, I do miss the feel of a good old deciduous forest with leaves, rocks, and a stream rolling through it. The pines and redwoods out here are beautiful too, but there's a certain sameness about them that gets tedious after a while.
