Mrbill, are you following a specific training plan, or just making things up as you go? How do you determine the format of your interval workouts?

A rough rule of thumb I've heard several times is that your time in minutes:seconds to 800m intervals is a good predictor of your time in hours:minutes for a marathon. Of course a lot depends on how many intervals you do, and the rest period between intervals, but as a first-pass estimation tool it's not bad.
