Tuesday Trail Run

Ran about 7 miles along the Naugatuck Trail starting on Rt 42 in Bethany, CT. The trail climbs along a woods road for about a mile then turns east and winds along some really nice single track through groves mountain laurel and ferns. Lots of climbs and descents and slabbing across hills, there is no flat ground, overall a very well maintained trail I ran out for about 45 minutes then had to turn aroud due to tornado warnings (in Connecticut?) but it was still a good run.

Sounds lovely, other than the tornado warnings!?
I just signed up for a trail half-marathon next Saturday. It's been a while since I did a trail race, and I'm looking forward to this one. It's through some hilly redwood canyons near Santa Cruz.
