Tempo run scheduled for this morning. Much warmer today. Easy first 2 miles then a 7:44 mile, ran the rest comfortably hard 8:42 pace on the day.... Felt very good out there today. Strong! 7 miles total.

Ran 4 miles at a pretty easy pace, with 6x100m strides. Felt fairly tired afterwards, but much better than yesterday. Tomorrow's a rest day.
