running suits! Posted: Wed Dec 22, 2004 10:57 am |

This morning I saw a couple of running suits, and I don't mean the kind made by Nike. While driving through a business park on my way home, I passed a man in a full business suit and tie jogging down the sidewalk at a good pace. Then just a minute later, I passed another athlete in similar business attire, tie flapping in his face as he ran. Late for a meeting I guess? Very strange...

Chicago, so it is cold.
(and just in case, that wasn't a dig on payless, the point being they weren't running shoes by any stretch)

Late for a meeting or one chasing the other for some reason. In any event, pretty strange.
