I'm still recovering from last week's marathon, so no races for me for a little while. I do want to get back out there pretty quickly, though, and use the fitness I've built up to help break my short distance PRs. My 10K PR looks especially ripe for the picking: I think I could lop more than a minute off of it next time I race.
