 Sheehan's Basics of Jogging

Those who've been running for a while have probably heard of George Sheehan, the running doctor, columnist, and author. Running Injury Free has a reprint of Sheehan's 1976 Runner's World article in which he lays out the basics for beginners and answes the questions: How fast, how far, how often. Although it's almost 30 years old, his advice is just as relevant to today's beginners as it was when first written.
