I did my first post-marathon run this morning, and it feels great to be out there again! 5 miles in the fog and rain. My body felt a little bit creaky, but was otherwise fine. This is pretty good really-- after my first marathon, I think I was out of commission for at least a week, so I'm happy I was able to do a semi-normal run just four days after the marathon.
Now to ease slowly back into my regular training cycle...
