How did your week go-- did you get in the runs you'd planned to? Making progress towards your goals? Did you have any especially notable runs?

I'm still ramping up my weekly mileage quickly, perhaps a little too quickly. I felt pretty tired during the latter half of the week.

Sa 8
Su 6 (including 5K race)
total: 43

The weekly mileage total is misleading, though, because I postponed my usual Sunday long run until tomorrow in order to race instead. Had I not done that, I would have had 57 miles for the week. So next week I'll have two long runs, and something like 76 miles total because of it!

7 more weeks until the marathon!
